Abracadagraphical illustrations & designs for independent alternative bands, music labels, brewers, winemakers and publishing.

Established between Bordeaux (FR) and Valencia (ES), I started in graphic design in 2017, while giving a try to digital collage as a self-taught beginner. Popularized by Juan grisGeorges Braques & Jacques Prévert, and later salvaged by the Punk movement as a DIY mean of expression, collage has long been a form that intrigued me due to its freedom, its inventiveness and its subtle art of diversion. Thus, I quickly felt at ease with this expression form, particularly by using old illustrations derived from several etching or printing processes. Since, I enjoyed exploring ideas and mediums, while aiming to bring an answer to graphical identities or illustrations on different projects : tour posters, album covers, merchandising, labels and packaging, tribute posters to movies, books, music pieces… My experience in the alternative music business has mostly brought me to dedicate myself to French and European bands, music projects or non profit organizations ; even though publishing, independent brewing and wine-making, business and craftsmanship are not that far behind.

My aesthetic feeds through to a mix of symbolism and esoteric, where classicist and abstract geometry meet altogether, as well as zoological and botanical illustrations, gigantism and wide natural or architectural landscapes. Pastel or darker shades, earth tones contrasts, golden and blue tones dark as deep nights animate those compositions of mystic aura, which can of course be adapted to the project and the desired intention. Colour being the primary visual communication prism, I’ll aim to bring the best shades and associations which will fit your identity and expectations the better.

I also practice lino-cut to achieve more original illustrations, with a rougher and grungy aspect than what digital work allows. Furthermore, screen printing is also an option having developed a trusted partnership with L’Insoleuse, a local and independent screen print workshop.
